I created the Strong Foundation program to be accessible to almost any level. Even if you’re brand new to exercise, the video demos and monthly Zoom check-ins will help you establish good movement patterns. If you’re coming back to movement, it will help you build consistent movement habits and feel better in your body.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Once you sign up, you get a welcome e-mail and an invite to Truecoach.

  • In Truecoach, you’ll see the workouts, laid out clearly with demo videos and descriptions of how many sets and reps you’ll do of each exercise.

  • You can make notes of weights you use, changes you make, and how things feel. I’ll see these once you mark the workout complete.

  • You can also send me a video or photo if you aren’t sure you’re doing something correctly (or if you want to show me your pets—I love that).

  • I’ll be on the other end, cheering you on, checking out your videos and comments, and helping you get the most out of the program.

FAQs

  • Nope! A set or two of dumbbells, maybe a few resistance bands. If you have more options, great, but you can get started with the basics.

  • You can do this at home! It’s designed for home workouts, but would work fine in a gym setting, too.

  • Between our communication through the app and during our monthly 1-on-1 Zoom sessions, we’ll come up with strategies for your success. This will look different for everyone because everyone’s situation is different! We’ll find what works for you.

  • I always like to remember that “behind” is just an idea created by humans. When you miss a workout, you can give yourself grace and skip to the next one, or you can try to catch up by doing an extra the next week. The workouts are designed so that if you miss one, it’s not a big deal as far as your overall progress goes.

  • This is a template program, so it’s already made. It’s not created specifically for you (like my 1-on-1s). It’s a general program that’s accessible to most people. The coaching you get is the same!

  • No, not in this program. If you feel that you need the appointment to be consistent, you should take a look at my 1-on-1 Hybrid option.

  • You can message me in the app, through instagram, or through the e-mail you get your welcome information from. I’ll usually be able to respond quickly and certainly within 24 hours.

  • It’s $357 for the 3 months.
